Dog Defender (2015):
Commissioned by Our Dynamic Earth to engage the public in the geological history of Holyrood Park and to celebrate James Hutton as ‘The Father of Modern Geology’, Dog Defender was developed as a set of digital tools. Using your smartphone, manipulate Haggis the dog to help save the rocks from advancing quarrymen with his fierce bark. Created by HODA in partnership with Former Droid, Dog Defender is an entertaining and educational game that celebrates James Hutton’s geological discoveries on Arthur’s Seat.
